Session ends · Tuesday, 9:00 am

The work happens between the sessions.

You finish a good session, and two weeks later you're both trying to remember what you decided. AccountabilityEDGE keeps you in touch in between — enough to keep things moving, without turning you into anyone's project manager.

Free for your first client, for as long as you want. No card.

The client's home screen, showing this week's commitments, their current focus goal, the next action and a quick check-in button.

What your client opens on a Thursday.

Why it matters

Most of coaching happens when you're not in the room.

Your client leaves the session clear on what matters. Then their week starts. A deadline moves, someone resigns, a kid gets sick — and by the time you meet again that clarity has gone soft for both of you.

We asked twenty working coaches what actually gets in the way. Almost every answer was about life rather than motivation: work crises, no time, over and over. Nobody told us their clients had stopped caring.

Which is why one more reminder doesn't help much. A hard week doesn't get easier because an app buzzed. What helps is staying a little bit connected the whole way through, so the next session picks up where the last one ended instead of doubling back.

“Automating a regular cadence for post-session recaps, encouragement messages, and quick check-ins to keep momentum on the relationship.”

A coach, asked what one thing they'd fix

What you see

You can tell who's moving without asking anyone.

Your whole roster on one screen: who's on track, who's gone quiet, and when each person last checked in. It's usually enough to decide who's worth a message today.

  • A green dot when someone's checking in and moving
  • Last check-in date, so quiet is visible instead of assumed
  • A written brief before each session, instead of re-reading your notes
  • Nothing here is shown to your clients as a score
The coach roster, each client showing an on-track or needs-attention dot and how long since their last check-in.

Before the session

Walk in already knowing what changed.

Open a client and there's a written brief waiting: what moved since you last spoke, what they checked in about, and what they said was hard. You stop spending the first ten minutes reconstructing where you left off.

  • What's changed since the last session, in plain sentences
  • Their recent check-ins and how they've been feeling
  • Your own notes from last time, in the same place
  • Written for you, never shown to the client
A session prep screen summarising what has changed for a client since the last session, with their recent check-ins.

Pricing

Priced for your practice, not per head.

One coach told us they'd dropped a tool like this because it charged by the client and got expensive fast. We didn't want to build that. Your first client is free for as long as you want, and ten clients cost the same as fifty.

Try it with one client and see how the next two weeks feel.

Setup takes a few minutes, and your first client is free for as long as you want. If it doesn't earn a place in how you work, you've lost an afternoon and nothing else.
